Rental Information
Rental Rates
- $1,450 per night with a 3 night minimum
- $250 cleaning fee
- $1,000 security deposit
- 50% of rental must be paid to hold deposit
Rental Restrictions
- Maximum of 10 adults 16 and over
- No functions/parties allowed
- 100% Pet Free (no pets allowed inside the home)
- 100% Smoke Free (smoking indoors is strictly prohibited)
